Job Description

Join a dynamic and experienced PLM team where you'll contribute to building and enhancing applications that support the development of advanced technology and optimize the processes that bring innovative products to market. As a PLM Programmer Analyst, you will help extend and support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capabilities, including Bill of Material (BOM) management, change management, and integration of Model-Based Engineering (MBE) solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing the PLM environment to support AS9145 processes and create a "digital thread" for engineering development artifacts.

  • Build and support PLM capabilities such as BOM management and change management.
  • Extend and create new capabilities from the PLM vendor's systems.
  • Enhance the PLM environment to support AS9145 processes and integrate engineering development artifacts into a "digital thread" for Model-Based Engineering (MBE).
  • Develop and integrate systems between PLM and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools using web services, database connections, and other integration techniques.
  • Provide customer support to a diverse group of users, ensuring system requirements are met and optimized.
  • Upgrade and maintain PLM environments, ensuring they are compliant, supportable, and take advantage of the latest software features.
  • Install new software releases, analyze new features, and plan upgrade processes.
  • Analyze infrastructure components, including RHEL servers, TomEE, JavaScript, REST APIs, Java programs, and log mining.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, RESTful services, Tcl, SQL, and PLM systems.
  • Solid knowledge of Model-Based Engineering (MBE), code management, application debugging, and software testing methodologies.
  • Experience with system integration, including CAD and PLM systems.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with PTC Windchill PLM.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing PLM solutions and working with PLM systems.
  • Expertise in Java, JavaScript, RESTful services, Tcl, SQL, and PLM systems.
  • Strong background in PLM application design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Pay Range: $57.00 - $62.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
