PLM Programmer (Remote)
Job Description
Join an experienced and creative PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) team and help build applications that support the development of advanced technology. As a PLM Programmer Analyst for our client, you will contribute to optimizing processes that bring cutting-edge products to market.
- Building and supporting PLM capabilities, including Bill of Material (BOM) and change management.
- Creating new capabilities and extending existing PLM vendor functions.
- Enhancing the PLM environment to support AS9145 processes and integrating engineering development artifacts, forming a "digital thread" to support Model-Based Engineering (MBE) capabilities.
- Providing customer support to ensure the system meets diverse user requirements.
- Developing an integrated model between CAD systems and the PLM central database.
- Integrating systems using techniques such as web services and database connections.
- Upgrading PLM environments to maintain supportability and compliance, while utilizing the latest software developments.
- Installing new PLM releases, exploring new features, and planning upgrade processes.
- Analyzing infrastructure components, including RHEL servers, TomEE, Javascript, REST APIs, Java programs, and log mining for optimal PLM environment management.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, RESTful services, Tcl, SQL, PLM, MBE, code management, application debugging, and software testing methodologies.
Skills Preferred:
- Experience with PTC Windchill is highly desirable.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering or software development experience.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience implementing PLM solutions.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of PLM systems and application development.
Experience Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill is preferred.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or software development.

Pay Range: $49.00 - $54.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
