Paralegal (On-site)
Job Description
We are seeking a Paralegal for our client to support the Climate Division with research, data analysis, and project coordination activities.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support Climate Division projects and daily operations
- Source, clean, analyze, and present data related to climate and economic initiatives
- Assist with data-driven projects, including organizing and preparing reports and visualizations
- Provide administrative and organizational support to division leadership
- Manage schedules, track project progress, and support day-to-day project coordination
- Create and update project timelines and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Paralegal Certificate
- Minimum of two years of experience in project management
- Minimum of one year of experience using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, advanced filtering, sorting, pivot tables, charts, and conditional formatting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to present data clearly using charts, tables, and visual formats
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret climate-related, economic, and technical research materials
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
