We are seeking a Project Analyst for our client. The successful candidate will provide project management support to program/project managers assigned in engineering/logistics. The role will involve working closely with multiple teams to ensure project goals are met and processes are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist program/project managers in day-to-day project management activities
• Support cost and schedule management, risk management, and process compliance
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools, including MS Project and Visio, to track project progress and manage deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and timelines are achieved

Skills Required

• Proficiency in the full MS Office Suite, including MS Project and Visio
• Excellent interpersonal skills to operate effectively in diverse work environments

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a project management support role, with a focus on cost/schedule management, risk management, and process compliance

Education Required

• Associate’s degree with significant business coursework

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
