We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Project Associate to support commercial and residential energy efficiency incentive programs for our client. The ideal candidate will have experience in project administration and support activities. This role involves reviewing and capturing customer applications in the local CRM system to ensure accurate and timely rebate payments.

• Assist with project and program management, ensuring program procedures are followed
• Support project execution by reviewing required documents for accuracy and completeness
• Perform accurate and timely data entry
• Ensure customer and contractor satisfaction throughout the process
• Participate in local marketing events and conferences in New Brunswick, NJ
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
  • Responsible for vehicle maintenance and fees
• Provide office reception coverage and associated duties on a rotational basis
• Support additional office responsibilities and projects

Required Skills

• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Solid business acumen with knowledge in financial, accounting, marketing, and operational functions
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies
• Professional demeanor with a focus on improving processes and exceeding program savings goals
• Team-oriented, hands-on, and client-focused approach
• Preferably bilingual (Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
• Must be NJ resident

Experience & Education

• 1+ years of experience in customer program support
• Experience with energy efficiency programs is a plus
• Associate’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field or equivalent experience

Pay Range: $26.00 - $28.84 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
