HEPCO is looking for a Project Control Analyst to monitor and control costs and schedules.

• Performs analysis and prepares reports to ensure that projects are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines.
• Prepares budgets and schedules and performs and/or assists in financial analysis such as variance analysis.
• Prepares project plans to ensure project requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.
• Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.

Skills Required:

• MS Office tools, including MS Project, and presentation skills
• Excellent MS Excel skills, including advanced formulas, scripting, modeling, and form building
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•  
• Understanding of project cost management (forecasting, ETC, EAC analysis)
• Professional certifications, such as ITIL or PMP, or advanced education

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree and equivalent 4 years of experience.
