Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Office Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Supervision: Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Coordination: Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage office budgets, expenses, and billing processes, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Payroll Processing: Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Event Planning: Assist in event planning and coordination for office functions and corporate events.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain office equipment and supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Work Environment: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management, administrative roles, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and office software applications such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
  • Experience in team management and supervision is preferred.
  • Knowledge of clerical duties, payroll processing, and event planning is a plus.
  • Notary Public preferred.
