Job Description
Work at one of the top utility company in the nation and be a key contributor as a project specialist.
- Perform a variety of processing activities in support of Energy Consultants, installation Partners and customers on energy efficiency projects.
- Responsible for, but not limited to, project creation support, document verification, accurate and timely reviews of projects and payment of project rebates.
- Operate across several programs and multiple dashboard queues to assure that projects are continuously progressed based on daily responses from contractors and customers.
- The PS will have specific accountabilities to assure project accuracy and that project requirements have been validated and met.
- Ability to understand and follow procedures.
- Ability to quickly assess information and take appropriate actions to maintain process flow
- Strong data entry skills; Strong communication
- Comfort with fast changing work priorities and multitasking.
- Business acumen to include a working knowledge and understanding of invoice documents, equipment specifications and operational functions required to provide sound program support.
- Aptitude for Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics. Ability to work with Excel workbooks and to create and upload documents and files.
- Requires attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Energy Efficiency program experience.
- Professional presence with desire to improve processes and exceed program savings goals.
- Will travel locally (New Brunswick, NJ) and must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Advanced Word skills; Understands and has strong Excel skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining customer, client, and partner relationships with a high level of satisfaction.
- Professional presence with desire to improve processes and exceed program savings goals.
- Can present program details to audiences for recruitment and participation requirements.
- Associates degree from an accredited college in a related discipline experience is desirable.
- Three plus years of experience supporting customer programs is desirable.
