Quality Assurance/Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Control Manager to oversee field operations, quality programs, inspections, and compliance activities for commercial and industrial energy efficiency projects throughout New Jersey.
Reporting to the Operations and Standardization Manager, this leadership role is responsible for supervising field inspectors, analysts, and project staff while ensuring compliance with program requirements, client contracts, safety standards, and quality objectives.
Pay Range: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Reporting to the Operations and Standardization Manager, this leadership role is responsible for supervising field inspectors, analysts, and project staff while ensuring compliance with program requirements, client contracts, safety standards, and quality objectives.
- Supervise field staff, inspectors, project processors, and analysts
- Manage inspection schedules and field operations throughout New Jersey
- Ensure compliance with program requirements, client contracts, and industry best practices
- Develop and maintain QA/QC plans, procedures, logs, and documentation
- Conduct program assessments, audits, gap analyses, and risk assessments
- Analyze project trends and identify performance improvement opportunities
- Develop and deliver training for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and safety teams
- Review inspection findings and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track program performance
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Support continuous improvement of tools, workflows, documentation, and reporting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, or Associate's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in energy efficiency, quality assurance/quality control, field operations, or related supervision
- Knowledge of building systems including mechanical, electrical, and weatherization practices
- Experience conducting inspections, audits, and quality reviews
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to create technical documentation, procedures, and process workflows
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel approximately 75% throughout New Jersey
- New Jersey resident
- Experience managing energy efficiency or utility-sponsored programs
- Experience supervising field-based teams
- Strong understanding of safety programs, compliance requirements, and risk management
