Quality Control Analyst (Hybrid)
Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to support a portfolio of Energy Efficiency Programs. This role is responsible for reviewing project documentation, validating data accuracy, identifying trends and exceptions, and ensuring compliance with program requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with management to identify Quality Assurance and Quality Control parameters for projects within a portfolio of Energy Efficiency Programs.
- Run Excel-based exception reports to identify missing documentation, incomplete project records, duplicate submissions, and data that falls outside expected ranges.
- Perform comprehensive quality control reviews on a sample of program projects.
- Verify invoices against costs entered into program databases.
- Validate product specifications and project information against supporting documentation.
- Review project files to ensure required documentation and approvals are complete.
- Report findings, trends, and observations to management.
- Develop and present PowerPoint presentations summarizing quality control findings and recommendations.
- Recommend and support future Quality Assurance initiatives.
- Develop and maintain QA/QC logs, procedures, plans, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy, validity, and compliance with program requirements and industry best practices.
- Analyze project trends and identify deviations from established program standards.
- Conduct gap analyses and assist in developing training materials to address process inconsistencies.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of invoice, workbook, database, and documentation reviews.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to extract, analyze, and synthesize data into meaningful reports and recommendations.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database applications.
- Experience creating reports, presentations, and process documentation.
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of five years of related professional experience.
- One to five years of bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, auditing, quality assurance, or related experience preferred.

Pay Range: $36.00 - $43.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
