Receptionist (On-site)
Job Description
Our client is seeking an organized Receptionist to provide administrative support across program areas. This role involves performing routine clerical and administrative tasks, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide general administrative support to various program areas
- Draft correspondence and assist with basic documentation
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
- Organize and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information to customers, visitors, and the general public
- Coordinate and arrange conference calls and meetings
- Maintain front desk organization and ensure a welcoming environment
- Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
