Scheduler Support (On-site)
Job Description
Our client is seeking a Scheduler Support professional to assist with planning and maintaining production schedules for industrial and commercial projects. This role supports the scheduling team to ensure accurate sequencing, proper lead times, and on-time delivery across projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone with scheduling experience who enjoys working cross-functionally and contributing to project execution.
- Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules for bids and newly awarded contracts
- Support schedule development during preplanning and execution phases
- Review contract changes and assess impact on project schedules
- Coordinate with PMO, Estimating, Contracts, supervisors, and production teams to ensure schedules are executable
- Assist in resolving scheduling challenges and improving workflow efficiency
- Analyze production data to support scheduling decisions
- Ensure schedules and deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain documentation and updates within scheduling systems
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a related field or 2+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years of experience in the ship maintenance industry
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with production scheduling in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Understanding of project lifecycle and contract-driven scheduling

Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
