Senior Application Programmer (Remote), W2 only, no C2C
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Programmer to join our client’s development team supporting the Advanced Energy group. This position involves full-stack web development, system integration, data analysis, and UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, collaboration skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and deliver under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex web-based applications for the Advanced Energy group.
- Collaborate with analysts, QA testers, and other IT team members to translate requirements into working solutions.
- Provide data integration services including data acquisition, cleansing, validation, and visualization.
- Conduct data processing, query development, and statistical analysis.
- Assist in deployment planning and production rollouts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Actively contribute to team meetings, share ideas, and collaborate on solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in web services programming.
- Proficient in Python scripting and SQL programming.
- UI/UX experience with a focus on intuitive, user-friendly design.
- Experience with error handling on both client and server sides.
- Expertise in DOT.NET and Internet Information Services (IIS).
- Skilled in unit testing and code reviews.
- 5+ years of experience with MVC and C# development.
- 2+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM (version 365); experience with upgrade procedures is a plus.
- Proficient with code repository and collaboration tools (JIRA, Bitbucket).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Splunk Log Aggregation system.
- Experience with WordPress and plugin development.
- Knowledge of automated regression testing (Selenium preferred).
- Understanding of Section 508 software accessibility compliance.
- Experience integrating with Web Services and Mulesoft APIs (RAML, Any Point Platform, JSON).
- Familiarity with AWS Data Stack (S3, Data Pipeline, Redshift, Athena, QuickSight).
- Experience with DEVOPS and CI/CD operations.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8 years of professional experience OR
- Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range: $57.00 - $62.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
