HEPCO Inc. is seeking Senior Project Engineers to support large-scale airport infrastructure projects, including AirTrain-related work. This is a leadership role responsible for driving projects from initiation through completion while ensuring compliance with all engineering standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.

• Lead project execution from initiation through closeout
• Oversee large-scale infrastructure projects, including AirTrain-related work
• Ensure compliance with engineering codes, safety standards, and project specifications
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall deliverables
• Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and internal project teams
• Monitor project performance and address risks or issues as they arise
• Oversee reporting, documentation, and project tracking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 10+ years of experience on large-scale infrastructure projects ($100M+)
• Proven leadership experience managing complex projects and teams
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and budgeting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Primavera P6

Pay Range: $62.50 - $81.73 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
