Senior Electrical Engineer (On-site)
Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, testing, fabrication, and fielding of advanced military systems. This role is responsible for researching, designing, developing, and evaluating electrical and electronic systems and components while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver innovative defense solutions.
- Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electrical and electronic systems and components for complex military applications.
- Support the development, testing, fabrication, integration, and fielding of advanced defense systems.
- Perform electrical system design and engineering analysis for military platforms, including combat vehicles, weapon systems, and other defense technologies.
- Develop product specifications, engineering models, simulations, technical data packages, and system integration and verification procedures.
- Create, review, and maintain electrical schematics, interconnect drawings, and interface control documents.
- Perform circuit simulation and electrical analysis using industry-standard engineering tools.
- Evaluate vendor capabilities, technologies, products, and services to support program requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and product development.
- Communicate technical information, analyses, and project updates to engineering teams, management, and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree, or two (2) years of relevant experience with a Master's degree.
- Experience designing and analyzing analog and digital circuits.
- Experience creating, reading, and interpreting electrical schematics and interconnect drawings.
- Experience developing technical documentation, including engineering drawings, reports, and technical analyses.
- Experience creating and managing interface control documents.
- Experience performing circuit simulation using tools such as PSpice or LTspice.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Pay Range: $58.00 - $63.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
