Senior HR Representative (On-site)
Job Description
We are currently seeking a Senior HR Representative to join our client’s team and support over 1,400 non-unionized employees across various functions including manufacturing, engineering, program management, and functional resources. This position is crucial in building and maintaining effective working relationships with both management and employees to drive organizational success.
- Serve as an employee advocate and coach, providing advice and counsel on employee-related and organizational matters.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR Business Partners to implement short- and long-term HR strategies to enhance business performance and mitigate risks.
- Manage performance improvement plans, grievances, claims, investigations, and terminations, working closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Ethics, Security, and other stakeholders.
- Guide leaders on performance management, inclusion, change management, and employee engagement to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with the broader HR network (e.g., Talent Management, DEI, HR Analytics) to develop and deploy HR strategies that align with site needs.
- Utilize process improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
- Lead and support special HR projects as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of prior HR experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience with complex investigations, organizational diagnostics, and developing creative solutions for workplace challenges.
- Expertise in federal and state employment laws.
- Proven ability to coach and develop leaders.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in leading initiatives involving lean manufacturing or process improvement.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 6+ years of experience.
- In the absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required.

Pay Range: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
