Senior Quality Engineer (On-site), non-IT role
Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support manufacturing and engineering operations. This role focuses on driving product and process quality, resolving defects, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze quality metrics and trends to drive data-based improvements
- Lead Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA), including 5-Whys and countermeasures
- Support tiered management and escalation processes
- Interact with operators to reinforce quality standards
- Facilitate Non-Conformance Report (NCR) reviews
- Perform containment activities for quality issues
- Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
- Support inspection plans and control plans
- Perform internal process audits and respond to CARs
- Review technical documentation and quality requirements
- Support counterfeit part prevention controls
- Lead PFMEA activities
- Apply GD&T to ensure product integrity Drive continuous improvement and ROI-focused initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
- OR 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum 5 years of quality engineering experience
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments preferred

Pay Range: $52.00 - $57.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
