Senior Recruiter (On-site)
Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting efforts for technical and professional roles. This position plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and delivering top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on building strong pipelines, managing candidate relationships, and driving successful hiring outcomes across multiple locations.
- Lead full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Partner with sourcing teams to develop strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Review resumes and assess candidates for alignment with role requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed role and company information
- Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Extend offers in alignment with compensation guidelines and approvals
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system
- Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting across multiple locations and a variety of roles
- Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining detailed records
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within engineering or manufacturing environments
- AIRS certification or similar recruiting credentials
- Experience building relationships with training programs, workforce boards, or community organizations
Education
- High School Diploma required

Pay Range: $44.00 - $49.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
