Job Description

We are seeking a Senior RF Digital Test Technician to provide technical support within a research, design, and development environment. This role involves troubleshooting, testing, analyzing, and supporting highly complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems and assemblies. The ideal candidate will have strong RF test and debug experience, hands-on troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to support engineering initiatives in a fast-paced technical environment.

  • Construct, modify, and assist in the design and development of complex electronic circuits utilizing fundamental design concepts
  • Determine circuit values and perform mathematical calculations to achieve specified circuit performance
  • Select and specify optimal electronic components based on environmental conditions, operating requirements, and service applications
  • Troubleshoot and test highly complex electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and systems using electronic, electro-mechanical, and inspection instruments
  • Utilize computer-aided design and analysis tools as required
  • Determine test requirements and develop test procedures
  • Conduct tests and experiments on electronic systems and subsystems, analyze results, and recommend design revisions or modifications to improve performance
  • Compile, review, analyze, and present engineering data to support technical objectives
  • Plan or assist in planning complex tests to evaluate equipment performance
  • Support engineering teams with technical analysis, testing, and troubleshooting activities
  • Perform RF testing and debugging of electronic assemblies and systems
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or equivalent experience required
  • Military technical “A” school training may be considered in lieu of degree requirements
  • Minimum of four (4) years of directly related experience
  • Hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical assemblies
  • Strong RF test and debug experience is required
  • Experience using electronic test equipment and inspection instruments
  • Ability to analyze technical data and support engineering activities
  • Experience utilizing computer-aided design and analysis tools preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple technical projects

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance is required
  • Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift is a plus

Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
