• Improve operational efficiency and support strategic decisions through data collection and analytics
• Design and maintain real-time dashboards and key performance indicators
• Identify process bottlenecks, forecast demand trends, and support proactive, data-driven decision making
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards
• Analyze large datasets using Excel including pivot tables and formulas
• Retrieve, format, and merge data from different electronic sources for reporting and analysis
• Create charts, graphs, and tables for presentations, reports, and internal communication
• Maintain and update data files to ensure accessibility and accuracy

Qualifications Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Forms, and Power BI (preferred)
• Ability to prioritize workload based on volume and urgency
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to organize, write, and communicate program or project information clearly
• Ability to set and meet deadlines
• Proactive, flexible, and responsive work style
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a closely related field plus 2 years of full-time experience or
• Master’s degree in one of the above fields plus 1 year of full-time experience

Preferred but not required:

• Experience supporting executive-level managers through research and organized data analysis
• Experience tracking, analyzing, and presenting complex data such as management, financial, or budget information

Pay Range: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
