Technical Project Manager (Hybrid)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
- Manage the project lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define and align project goals.
- Communicate progress and key updates clearly through reports, presentations, and meetings.
Risk Assessment and Management
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and roadblocks.
- Maintain project momentum through risk mitigation strategies and plan adjustments.
Team Leadership and Coordination
- Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Promote a collaborative, high-performance culture across teams.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress and outcomes.
- Deliver project status reports that highlight achievements, challenges, and next steps.
Budget and Resource Management
- Support budget planning and resource allocation in collaboration with leadership.
- Ensure efficient use of resources throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to evolving project management practices and tools within the organization.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in project management, ideally with exposure to large-scale or cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to high-impact initiatives with energy and innovation.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience managing budgets and coordinating resources is a plus.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is desirable but not required.
- Background in IT or technical projects is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
