Our client is seeking a skilled Technician to support the fabrication of Micro & Nano electronic products, as well as support equipment including assembly, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, rework, and repair. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electronic assembly and testing in a precision-driven environment.

• Support the fabrication of Micro & Nano electronic products and related equipment.
• Perform assembly, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, rework, and repair tasks.
• Use electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, etc., to conduct tests and generate test report data.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and sketches to ensure accurate assembly.
• Demonstrate precision and fine motor skills for micro/nano scale fabrication and assembly with minimal defects.
• Work effectively in a team, collaborating with peers and other departments.
• Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety objectives and policies.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with electronic test equipment, electrical assembly tools, and hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and sketches.
• Precision and fine motor skills for micro/nano-scale fabrication and assembly with near-zero defects.
• High degree of mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of J-STD-001 or equivalent standards.
• Experience in conducting tests and generating test reports using electronics test equipment (e.g., scopes, meters).
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety policies.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to communicate feedback to support design, fabrication, and test improvements.
• Experience with Cirris and/or Automated Test Equipment (ATE) operation.
• Troubleshooting experience in electronic and electrical systems.
• Trained and proficient in manufacturing and quality standards such as IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3, IPC-610 Class 3, and J-STD-001.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Education Requirements:

• 2-year technical degree or a minimum of 2 years of related technician experience in a production or prototype environment.
