Technician III (On-site)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technician III for our client’s pilot and pre-production lines. You will assemble and test electronic and electromechanical products and support equipment, including ordnance-related assemblies.
- Perform both repetitive and varied assembly work on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
- Build and test products using engineering drawings, sketches, and written and verbal instructions.
- Use electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes and meters, and document test results.
- Help troubleshoot assembly issues, transition products into production, and identify process improvements.
- Follow safety procedures and work closely with the production team.
Qualifications
- A two-year technical degree or at least two years of related technician experience in a production or prototype environment.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and sketches.
- Proficiency with electronic test equipment, electrical assembly tools, and hand tools.
- Mechanical aptitude and the fine motor skills needed for precise, small-scale assembly and testing.
- Familiarity with J-STD-001 requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, work additional hours or weekends when needed, and work on-site daily.
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Preferred: Experience with Cirris or automated test equipment, troubleshooting electronic or electromechanical systems, IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 requirements, or GD&T.

Pay Range: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
