Job Description

Are you a skilled Test Engineer with a passion for developing cutting-edge test software solutions? Our esteemed client is seeking a talented individual to join their team in the role of Test Engineer. As part of their Integrated Test Engineering (ITE) organization, you will contribute to the mission of reliably delivering customer-focused, affordable test solutions integrated across all levels of production testing. From bid and proposal to procurement and sustainment, you'll be involved in every phase of the product lifecycle, utilizing your expertise in software development for testing military communication, navigation, and electronic warfare equipment.

  • Architect, design, analyze, and modify test software for analog, digital, RF, and hybrid modules, board level systems, and subsystems.
  • Develop complex automated test systems and applications using National Instruments Test Stand, LabVIEW, Lab Windows CVI, C#, Python, and other software development environments.
  • Create instrument drivers, utilities, and executables to support testing and verification activities.
  • Generate comprehensive documentation for test requirements, design, and operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in architecting, designing, and coding test software using various development environments.
  • Strong background in software, electrical, or computer engineering.
  • Experience with National Instruments Test Stand, LabVIEW, Lab Windows CVI, C#, Python, and commercial instrumentation.
  • Ability to develop software documentation for test requirements and procedures.
  • Familiarity with automated test systems and applications.
  • Active Secret Clearance

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 4 years designing and developing test software for automated test systems in production and engineering environments.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software, Computer, or Electrical Engineering.
