Test Technician II, 2nd shift, (On-site)
Job Description
Looking for a hands-on role where you’re working on advanced electronics and solving real technical challenges? This position offers the opportunity to support complex production and testing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What you’ll be doing
You will set up test apparatus and conduct tests on production assemblies and units following established methods, procedures, and standards. You will lay out and assemble units for production equipment according to designs and specifications. You will adjust and calibrate systems as needed and modify equipment by adding, removing, or altering components based on diagrams and sketches. You will troubleshoot and correct malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts at the component level. You will use hand tools, small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices to perform your work. You may also monitor and verify product quality using statistical process control or other quality procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in manufacturing testing environments, specifically working with PCB boards, troubleshooting, and problem solving
- Experience setting up and operating test equipment for production assemblies
- Strong understanding of test instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and RF analyzers
- Ability to troubleshoot independently down to the component level
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and work instructions
- Hand soldering experience required and ability to become solder certified
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High School diploma or Trade School education (minimum two years)
Preferred Qualifications
- IPC-A-610 and J-STD certifications (Modules 1, 3, and 6)
- Experience with quality control processes and statistical process methods
- Strong work ethic and desire to be part of a successful team

Schedule
The schedule is a 4/10 second shift, Monday through Thursday, typically 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM.
Pay Range: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
