Job Description

Our client is seeking a Test Technician II to support manufacturing and testing of electronic assemblies in a fast-paced production environment. 

  • Set up and operate test equipment for production assemblies and units
  • Conduct testing following established methods, procedures, and standards
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to the component level
  • Perform adjustments, calibrations, and modifications to equipment as needed
  • Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and work instructions
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and test instruments such as oscilloscopes and multimeters
  • Perform hand soldering and support rework activities
  • Verify product quality and support process control procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing testing, specifically with PCB boards
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
  • Strong soldering skills (hand soldering required)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RF analyzers and advanced test equipment
  • IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD certifications (Modules 1, 3, 6 preferred)
  • Ability to become solder certified

Education

  • High School Diploma or Trade School education required

Shift: (Mon-Thu), typically 6A-4:30P

Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
