Job Description

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving quality actions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary training to excel in their roles. Your daily activities will revolve around understanding the specific needs of our client's organization and its employees, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop high-quality shop floor training, conducting thorough needs assessments to tailor learning solutions, and providing training to hourly team members as needed.

  • Ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Designing courses, modules, and training materials aligned with learning objectives.
  • Clear communication skills for delivering training sessions and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Capacity to convey complex information in a simple and relatable manner.
  • Teaching skills to impart technical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, video creation, and editing tools.

Skills Preferred:

  • Solid manufacturing process knowledge/experience.
  • Teaching skills such as patience, passion, and approachability.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Learner-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, video creation, and editing tools.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and experience in manufacturing highly recommended, or equivalent experience.
  • Formal qualification related to the field of work.
  • Previous manufacturing or training experience in electronics assembly.

Experience Preferred:

Education Required:
