Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Support professional to join our client's team. In this role, you will handle various administrative responsibilities, including ordering and receiving departmental supplies, conducting inventory assessments, and maintaining essential databases. You will also coordinate with internal teams, process invoices, create purchase requisitions, maintain calendars, and process expense reports. This position may also require regular communication with government agencies to support the acquisition of supplies and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order and receive departmental supplies
  • Conduct inventory assessments and track supply levels
  • Maintain and update databases as necessary
  • Coordinate and fulfill internal requests for supplies and services
  • Process invoices and create purchase requisitions
  • Manage and maintain calendars and schedule events
  • Process and track expense reports
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed
  • Interface with government agencies to assist with the acquisition of supplies and services

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems
  • Experience with Concur for expense management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with SharePoint website development
  • Experience with database management
  • Prior experience in a training environment is beneficial

Skills Preferred:

  • Familiarity with government contracting or procurement processes
  • Experience supporting fast-paced administrative environments

Experience Required:

  • At least 5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment

Education Required:

  • A 2-4 year degree is preferred

Pay Range: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
