Staff Analyst (On-site)
Job Description
If you love turning complex data into clear insights that drive real decisions, this role will put your analytical skills front and center.
- Improve operational efficiency and support strategic decisions through data collection and analytics
- Design and maintain real-time dashboards and key performance indicators
- Identify process bottlenecks, forecast demand trends, and support proactive, data-driven decision making
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards
- Analyze large datasets using Excel including pivot tables and formulas
- Retrieve, format, and merge data from different electronic sources for reporting and analysis
- Create charts, graphs, and tables for presentations, reports, and internal communication
- Maintain and update data files to ensure accessibility and accuracy
Qualifications Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Forms, and Power BI (preferred)
- Ability to prioritize workload based on volume and urgency
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to organize, write, and communicate program or project information clearly
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Proactive, flexible, and responsive work style
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a closely related field plus 2 years of full-time experience or
- Master’s degree in one of the above fields plus 1 year of full-time experience
Preferred but not required:
- Experience supporting executive-level managers through research and organized data analysis
- Experience tracking, analyzing, and presenting complex data such as management, financial, or budget information

Pay Range: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Mr. Lee has over 30 years of experience in the service and retail industries with extensive backgrounds in management, sales, recruiting and training. He is currently a senior member of our recruiting staff serving multiple industries, with a specific focus on personnel with engineering backgrounds. He joined HEPCO in 1992.
